My name is Bernd Michalak. To become a car designer was my only passion from the very start. Together with my wife Jutta we founded Michalak Design in 1979. Besides the work for car manufacturers own projects could be realised. This made my dream become true.

Today Michalak Design is still producing the Ferrari Barchetta 550 Soft-top on demand. Besides this a shop for automotive art keeps us busy for the next years.

The customer could choose to build the car by his own or agree a supported assembly in our workshop. The production was transferred to Tenerife where it was stopped. Now the whole project with all rights and tools is on offer.
